Hello and welcome to PAROC, We used to live in a London Borough until they   took our children by   misleading   the court. The Local Authority should look at the situation before taking Legal proceedings against the families. We ask people who look after children to join this support group and stand united in the fight against the Injustice in the Family Courts. Membership is FREE . Anybody wishing to join PAROC can do so by e-mailing us via the contact page on this site.

 We must stress we are not against the complete removal of children because sadly some children need it because parents cant cope or there are plenty of other reasons we are just a support group that meet once a month and we are all standing united just to try and get a reform in the family courts all we and our members want is for social services to offer us extra support before taking children from pure loving families.

We have been going since May 14th 2007 and we are hoping to get bigger in the near future you don't have to be a parent to join us at paroc you could be an aunt,uncle,nan,grandad,a friend of someone going through the battle with social services or if your child is on the at risk register or you could be a judge, social worker solicitor or even a foster carer all are welcome .

You may not want to join but want to just come to a meeting you would be welcome at any meeting. We are hoping to get charity status so we will be able to help families more we also offer support to families that have children who have run away from home or care we also offer the children who have run away help and support to prevent them living on the streets .

At our meetings we hold raffles to help raise the funds to get charity status amongst other fund raising events throughout the year as our children are our future we must fight  for them.

if you require more info on what paroc does or can do for you then please call Alison or Darren on 07967-865-805 we must also stress we are not solicitors or councilor's however we do own the family law book and a book on the children's act, which we do go by so we can advise we also have a child protection policy and constitution which we do abide by and if anyone within the group has concerns and they tell us we do have to by law fill in a report and pass it on to social services or the police.

Our aims are:

to keep families together

get a reform in the law 

get a change to protocol before social services remove children.

Most court cases are down to emotional abuse or neglect when it is hard to prove or disprove these and if social services tell the court you done something they are believed well don't we all think that judges should ask for hard evidence not just take there word for it we would also like to stress we are not major activist's but we do do demonstration and we DO NOT publish name or photos of any children, we also will not put no-ones surname on this site. This is purely for the safety and dignity of the children we are members of the parliamentary group families for justice run by john hemming m.p and members of the NORTH WEST KENT COUNCIL FOR VOLUENTEER SERVICE'S .

We also do go strictly by the data protection act and will not divulge any members details to any one unless prior consent is obtained by the member or if we belive any one is at risk.

We do home visits we can also attend court with people or meetings we do also wright letters on behalf of members so if you think paroc could help you please feel free to call or e-mail us and attend any of our meetings we must also stress we can not promise to get any ones children back but we can promise to fight with you and try to get them back.

We must again stress paroc is a completly free service so if anyone tells you they are from paroc and ask for money do not give it to them also those autherised to visit people carry i.d badges so please make sure you ask to see there badge also we will never ask for photos of your children so again if any one asks you for one do not hand it over.
